You can check availability and make a reservation online, or call (802) 272-2693. You can also email us with the dates you’d like to stay and the best time to call you.
Reservations are held with a 50% deposit except for one night reservations, then the deposit is the full amount of the stay. Cancellation policy: At least 21 days advance notice required for deposit refund minus a $35.00 charge. For less than 21 days advance notice the deposit is withheld. We accept MC and Visa, personal checks, and traveler’s checks.
Two night minimum from June 1 through October 31.
Check-in time is between 4 to 8 pm (earlier or later possible by prior arrangement), and check-out time is 11am.

Breakfast
Every morning starts with a delicious homemade breakfast. We proudly serve our own naturally raised, farm-fresh eggs. The menu changes daily, and with notice prior to arrival, we are able to accommodate most dietary requests. We’re always adding new favorites to the menu, such as apple clafouti, salsa soufflé or cherry corn scones. And we offer plenty of our own homemade delights, including Ross’ granola, breads, and his Vermont Farm Show blue ribbon-winning strawberry jam.
